If a PhotoBiz account goes offline due to non-payment or a cancellation request has been processed, it can be reactivated within 180 days of the status change.
To Reactivate Your Account, all you'll need to do is visit the PhotoBiz login page, log into your account with your email and password and the next screen will give you the option to choose either the monthly or annual membership plan. The annual plan has an automatic discount built into it vs paying monthly.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If an account has been offline for more than 180 days, you won't be able to reactivate it. In this case, you'll need to create a new account because the system automatically deletes account content and data after the reactivation period has passed.
STEP ONE
Go to PhotoBiz.com and click on Login at the top of the page.
STEP TWO
Enter your email address and the password to log into your account.
Important Note: If you don't know your password, you can easily request a password reset be emailed to you by clicking on the forgot password option on the login screen or clicking here.
STEP THREE
You'll see your membership details, including the products and services you have active on your account. You can choose to reactivate your membership with either a monthly or annual membership.
FINAL STEP
You can choose to use the card you have saved to your PhotoBiz account or you can choose to update your card information to a different card.
Important Note: If you want your new card to be saved and replace the previous card on your account, be sure to leave the box checked for Save this card and set it as the default for my account.
Click on Submit to reactivate your account. As soon as your payment is processed, your account will be restored and you'll have immediate access to everything.
