How to Assign Shipping Methods to a Price List in PhotoBiz

PhotoBiz Website Package includes both Client Galleries and ECommerce. You can create specific price lists for each event in your client galleries and connect them with their own shipping methods. This allows you to keep pricing and shipping exclusive to individual events.

Important Note: Clients will only see the shipping methods tied to the price list that’s assigned to their event. For clients purchasing through the website, they'll see the shipping methods on the global price list.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

At the top of your ECommerce control panel, mouse over PAYMENT and click on SHIPPING in the drop-down menu.

STEP THREE

Add any shipping methods you want to make available for your price lists.

STEP FOUR

At the top of your ECommerce control panel, mouse over SELL ONLINE and click on PRICE LISTS in the drop-down menu.

STEP FIVE

Add a new price list, or click on an existing price list to edit the shipping methods that will be available for that list.

FINAL STEP

In the SHIPPING METHODS section, select Custom, then check the boxes for the shipping methods you want to apply to this price list.

Click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom to finalize your shipping settings.

Client Experience

When clients shop from a gallery that uses your price list, they’ll only see the shipping options you’ve assigned. For example:

  • If the price list includes Flat Rate Shipping and In-Person Pickup, those will be the only choices available during checkout.

  • If you assign a price list that offers Free Shipping, clients won’t see or be charged for other shipping methods. The exception to this is if you have additional shipping charges assigned to specific prints or products.

This ensures that each gallery event has shipping tailored to your specific needs.
