Overview
A newsletter sign-up form lets visitors subscribe to your updates, promotions, and marketing emails through your PhotoBiz website. PhotoBiz Forms includes a pre-designed Newsletter Sign-Up template, so you can quickly create a form without building one from scratch.
This guide explains how to create a newsletter sign-up form, add a tag for organization, and use an opt-in checkbox to collect email permission. Submissions are automatically captured and stored in your Forms Dashboard.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS in the left-side menu.
This opens your Forms Dashboard, where you can create and manage forms for your website.
At the top of the Forms Dashboard, click FORMS to access the Form Builder.
Click the NEW FORM button to begin creating a new form.
This opens the form template options available in your account.
Choose the Lead Capture category and select the pre-designed Newsletter Sign-Up template.
This template is designed for collecting subscriber information, making it a good starting point for growing your email list.
Add a tag to your newsletter sign-up form by clicking the Add a Tag option in the upper left corner of the form editor.
Tags help you organize form submissions and make it easier to identify people who signed up for your newsletter. For example, you can use a tag such as Newsletter, Email Signup, or Website Subscriber. This helps you keep your subscriber list organized for future marketing emails.
For more details about using tags with forms, see How Can I Use The Tags Feature In My Custom Forms
Review your newsletter sign-up form and make any needed edits.
Forms automatically save as you make changes, so there is no separate save button required while editing the form. Once the form is ready, you can add it to your website using a Form Block, a Pop-Up, your website footer, or the Blog Subscribe Widget.
After someone submits the form, their submission is automatically captured and stored in your Forms Dashboard.
If you want subscribers to clearly give permission to receive marketing emails, you can add an email opt-in checkbox to your form.
This is helpful for compliance and clarity because visitors can confirm that they want to receive emails from you.

After you create your newsletter sign-up form, you can display it in different areas of your website.
Common options include:
• Form Block: Add the form directly to a page on your website.
• Pop-Up: Show the form in a pop-up to encourage visitors to subscribe while browsing your site.
• Website Footer: Add the form to your footer so it appears across your website.
• Blog Subscribe Widget: Add the form to your blog so visitors can subscribe from your blog posts.
