PhotoBiz Client Galleries makes it easy to sell all of your images in a single digital download to your customers. This guide will walk you through the steps of setting up a download for all images in a client galleries event.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Mouse over the SELL ONLINE option and click on PACKAGES in the drop down menu that opens.
STEP THREE
Click on the NEW PACKAGE button and choose Digital Full Event.
STEP FOUR
Create the package by adding the following:
- PACKAGE NAME
- DESCRIPTION
- PRICE
- RESOLUTION: Choose the resolution at which you want your customers to receive their full download. This will override the resolution that you choose in the individual Proofing event settings.
- CHARGE TAX/SHIPPING
Then click create digital package. You will be redirected to the package details screen.
STEP FIVE
Add the package to the appropriate price list. You can make a new price list or add the package to an existing one. Make sure that you save your changes at the bottom.
FINAL STEP
Access your Client Galleries settings and create a new event or access an existing event to assign the price list in the event settings.
PRO TIP: After the appropriate price list assigned to the event, you can share the Client Galleries event with your client and they'll be able to a purchase an entire gallery download from the PACKAGES section of their event.
After your client purchases their package, they will receive two emails. One with the receipt for their purchase and another that has the files ready for download.
The download link expires in 7 days.
