Overview
You can cancel the Original Files add-on at any time by contacting the PhotoBiz Support Team. A Support Team member will remove the add-on from your account for you.
Before you request cancellation, review what happens when Original Files is removed. Canceling Original Files permanently deletes files larger than 4MB from your PhotoBiz account.
To cancel Original Files, contact PhotoBiz Support using one of the options below:
Once your request is received, the PhotoBiz Support Team will remove the Original Files add-on from your account.
The standard Website Package allows files up to 4MB. The Original Files add-on allows you to upload and store larger files, up to 50MB.
When Original Files is cancelled, any files larger than 4MB are permanently deleted from your account. This includes larger images, videos uploaded to your PhotoBiz account, and documents or files stored in your account. These files cannot be recovered by PhotoBiz unless you upload them again manually.
Web-resolution versions of your images will remain in your account. These are the smaller versions used for online display on your website, blog, and client galleries.
The following file types may be deleted if they are larger than 4MB:
If you sell or deliver full-resolution digital downloads through Client Galleries, make sure your clients have downloaded their files before you cancel Original Files.
Once larger files are deleted, they are not stored or backed up anywhere in your PhotoBiz account.
If your local copies on your computer, external hard drive, or other storage location are lost, PhotoBiz cannot recover them.
If you still have the original files saved outside of PhotoBiz, you can upload them again later if you add Original Files back to your account.
