Overview
Your PhotoBiz Scheduler uses your website’s global color settings so it matches the rest of your website design. This helps your booking pages feel consistent with your brand, including your calendar, time slots, form area, and booking button.
This guide explains how to adjust Scheduler colors through your Website Design Settings. It also explains how Scheduler colors work for Single Item Layouts, which use color settings directly inside the Scheduler block instead of the global Color Picker.
By the end of this guide, you will know which website color settings control each part of your Scheduler.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click WEBSITE in the left-side menu.
Click on DESIGN at the top-center of your Website control panel.
Click on EDIT DESIGN SETTINGS on the upper right side on the Design Settings control panel.
Click on the COLORS icon in the right side menu.
When customizing your website colors, here’s how they apply to elements in your Scheduler:
| Scheduler Element | Website Color Setting |
|---|---|
| Available Dates | Accent 2 |
| Selected Time Slot | Accent 2 |
| Calendar Date Numbers | Contrast Text |
| Time Slots | Site Text |
| Client Info Section | Form Background |
| Book Now Button Background | Button Background |
| Book Now Button Text | Button Text |
Adjusting these color settings will update both your website’s global color scheme and your Scheduler appearance — keeping your entire brand consistent.
If you’re using a Single Item Layout, the Scheduler colors are set at the block level instead of in your global design settings.
When editing your page, open the Scheduler block and select your desired colors directly within its settings.
