The PhotoBiz Website Package includes ECommerce that allows you to sell online, taking deposits, accept payments for appointments and more. You have control over how you collect sales tax in your settings. You can easily track your online sales and generate a sales tax report using the built-in reporting options. This guide will walk you through the steps to access your sales tax report.
STEP ONE
Log into Your PhotoBiz Account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Mouse over the TRACKING option at the top of your ECommerce control panel and click on REPORTS in the drop-down menu that opens.
STEP THREE
Select the Tax Report from the list of available reports. You can choose the date range for which you wish to view the tax report.
The Tax Report will display the following information:
- State/Province: The state or province where the sales occurred.
- County: The county where the sales occurred.
- Tax Amount Charged Per Month: The total tax amount charged for each month within the selected date range.
- Overall Total Tax Amount: The total tax amount for the entire selected date range.
You can also select the report by year if you need a yearly summary.
FINAL STEP
After selecting the report type and date range, click Run Report.
- To export the report as a CSV file, or to print it, select the appropriate option below the report type.
