How To Set Up a Cancellation Policy In The Scheduler

If you will allow a cancellation of an appointment after being booked, you can set that up in your Photobiz Scheduler. To allow your clients to cancel their appointment online, all you have to do is, click the "Scheduler" at the top of your Photobiz account, then click "Policies". From there you can choose to not allow cancellations at all, or, allow your client to cancel up to 24 or 48 hours before, Up to one week before, or, Anytime.
