If you will allow a cancellation of an appointment after being booked, you can set that up in your Photobiz Scheduler. To allow your clients to cancel their appointment online, all you have to do is, click the "Scheduler" within the menu on the left side of your Photobiz account, then click "Policies". From there you can choose to not allow cancellations at all, or, allow your client to cancel up to 24 or 48 hours before, Up to one week before, or, Anytime.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the SCHEDULER tab in the left side menu.
The Scheduler control panel will allow you to create a new service for your scheduler.
STEP TWO
Click on POLICIES at the top of your Scheduler control panel.
STEP THREE
Under the ALLOW YOUR CLIENTS TO CANCEL THEIR APPOINTMENTS ONLINE option, you can select from the following options for how close to the appointment a client can cancel online.
- Never
- Up to 24 hours before
- Up to 48 hours before
- Up to one week before
- Anytime
Important Note: You can cancel an appointment for your client at any time inside your PhotoBiz account regardless of this setting.
