With your membership, you can send 10,000 free emails each month (additional emails can be added if needed). Creating an email campaign is fast and easy, and your clients will appreciate the professional invitations to view your work, sign contracts, or read your latest blog posts.
Plus, you'll be able to track who has opened or clicked on your emails and see any bounced emails—taking the guesswork out of email tracking.
This guide is going to show you how to create and send an email campaign for an upcoming Mini Session promotion to your contact list.
STEP ONE
Copy the direct link for your Scheduler Mini Session page or Mini Session Form.
STEP TWO
In the left-side menu, click on MARKETING to access the Email Campaign builder.
STEP THREE
Create your email using the Email Campaigns tab. PhotoBiz offers several templates to choose from for the most popular types of promotions we see our clients offer. You can also create your own campaign from scratching by choosing the Blank Sample option.
You can rename your campaign by clicking the gear icon.
STEP FOUR
Customize your email with text, images, and colors. Be sure to add a button linking to the direct link copied in Step 1.

STEP FIVE
Preview your email before sending it by clicking on the link at the top left of the Campaign Builder.
Step 6:
Ready to send? Click the SEND button at the top right. After hitting send, you will be able to select what contacts to send the email to.
You can choose, all contacts, by type, by tag, and custom. Custom allows you to type in the email address or the contact name to select from.

Step 7:
After your email has been sent it will take you to an email confirmation page. This will give you the statistics of the campaign.
To track the email you can select the VIEW CAMPAIGN button. You can also view how many users have opened or clicked through your email in the TRACKING section of Marketing.
