Share Your Forms, Galleries, or Blog Posts Easily with Email Marketing
Want to share a form, a client gallery event, or your latest blog post with multiple clients? The Email Marketing tool makes it easy to send professional emails, share updates, and promote your work. Whether you’re promoting a mini session, showcasing a new blog post, or sharing a client gallery, this tool helps you stay connected with your clients effortlessly.
As a PhotoBiz member, you get 10,000 free emails each month (with the option to add more if needed). Plus, you’ll have the ability to track who’s opened or clicked on your emails and easily see any bounced emails—taking the guesswork out of email marketing.
STEP ONE
Copy the Direct Link
Copy the link for your Scheduler Mini Session page, Form, Blog Post, Website Page, etc.
STEP TWO
In the left-side menu, click on MARKETING to access the Email Campaign builder.
STEP THREE
Create Your Email Campaign
Click on the Email Campaigns tab and then the NEW CAMPAIGN button. PhotoBiz offers several ready-made templates for popular promotions, but you can also start from scratch by selecting the Blank Sample option.
You can rename your campaign by clicking the settings button on the upper right side of your campaign builder.
In the PAGE NAME field, you can enter the name for your campaign. Best practice is to name this something that is easily recognizable to keep your campaigns organized. Click Save Changes to update your campaign name.
STEP FOUR
Customize Your Email
Now, it’s time to make your email stand out! Add your text, images, and colors. Be sure to include a button with a link to the Mini Session page or form you copied in Step One.

STEP FIVE
Preview Your Email
Before sending, make sure your email looks great! Preview it by clicking the preview link at the top left of the Campaign Builder or sending yourself a test email.
STEP SIX
Send Your Email
When you're ready, click SEND at the top right. After clicking send, you can choose which contacts to send the email to—whether it's all your contacts, specific contact types, or custom selections.

STEP SEVEN
Track Your Email Campaign
After sending, you’ll be directed to a confirmation page with email statistics.
To track your campaign’s performance, go to the TRACKING tab at the top center of your Marketing control panel. There, you’ll see detailed stats—like how many people opened your email or clicked on links.
