Email campaign tracking displays the following information:
Send Date
Name / Subject
Contacts
Opens – The number of recipients who opened the email
Clicks – The number of recipients who clicked at least one link
Bounced – Emails that failed to deliver
Unsubscribed – The number of recipients who unsubscribed after receiving the email
You can click directly on the Send Date or Name / Subject to drill down into detailed engagement data for that specific email. From the detailed view, you can see individual counts for opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes.
If you need a copy of your tracking data, you can export it as a .CSV file for offline review or reporting.

Understanding what each metric represents will help you evaluate performance more accurately.
Open Rate
The open rate shows the percentage of recipients who opened your email. This helps you measure subject line effectiveness and overall audience interest.
An average open rate is around 20%, though this can vary based on audience and list quality.
Click Rate
The click rate measures how many recipients clicked at least one link in your email. This reflects how engaging your content and calls to action are.
A typical click rate ranges from 2% to 5%.
Unsubscribes
Unsubscribes occur when recipients opt out after receiving an email. Seeing some unsubscribes is normal.
If your unsubscribe rate is under 1%, your content is generally performing well.
Bounced Emails
Bounced emails are messages that could not be delivered. This can happen due to invalid email addresses, full inboxes, or server issues. If you are sending to a new or older contact list, a higher bounce rate is common initially.
Important: Some email addresses are automatically rejected before delivery if they are clearly invalid (for example, misspelled or non-existent addresses). These addresses are removed immediately and do not appear in the bounced count shown in tracking.
This process helps protect deliverability and maintain list quality.

I don’t see any tracking data
Make sure at least one email campaign, automation, or pop-up has been sent. Tracking data will not appear until emails are delivered.
Open or click numbers seem low
This may be affected by subject lines, email timing, audience size, or privacy features in modern email clients.
Why do bounced emails appear immediately?
Some email servers reject messages instantly due to invalid or inactive addresses.
Why do some rejected emails not appear in the bounced list?
Some invalid email addresses are filtered out automatically before delivery. These addresses are removed immediately and do not appear in the bounced list within tracking.
