How to Customize Your Marketing Email Campaign Design in PhotoBiz

Overview

PhotoBiz Marketing allows you to send up to 10,000 emails per month while keeping your campaigns consistent with your brand. You can customize your campaign design by adjusting styles, colors, buttons, and social media icons. This guide walks you through how to access and update your campaign design settings. By the end, your email campaign will reflect your branding and display properly across email platforms.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click MARKETING in the left-side menu. This will open your Marketing dashboard.

STEP TWO

Click on the campaign name you want to customize, or click NEW to create a new campaign. This will open the campaign editor.

If you have multiple campaigns, you can use the search bar to quickly locate the one you want to edit.

STEP THREE

Click the DESIGN button in the upper-right corner of the campaign builder.

STEP FOUR

The right-side panel will open. The first section is STYLING, where you can customize buttons, social media icons, and borders.

Button Styles

You can choose from the following button styles:

Original
Ghost
Flat Square

Click your preferred style to apply it to your campaign.

Social Media Icons

If you have social media links configured, you can control how they appear in your emails. Available styles include:

Square Original
Square Light
Square Dark
Minimal Original
Minimal Light
Minimal Dark
Circle Original
Circle Light
Circle Dark

Click on a style to update how your icons display, the selected one will be highlighted in teal.

Borders

You can add a border around your email campaign for additional structure:

None
Solid
Thick

Click the radio button next to your preferred option, then click SAVE CHANGES to apply it to your campaign.

The border setting also controls the appearance of divider lines used within your campaign layout. Divider blocks will match your selected border thickness and color.

COLORS

The COLORS tab is located in the same right-side panel as the Styling tab. This section allows you to update the color palette for your campaign.

Available color settings include:

Background
Border
Content
Text
Button Text
Accent 1
Accent 2

Color Settings

You can fully customize your campaign colors:

Click a color square to open the color picker
Enter a 6-digit hex code for precise brand colors

The Border color also controls the color of divider blocks used throughout your campaign.

Always click SAVE CHANGES after making updates. Changes will not apply until they are saved.

Additional Options or Helpful Notes

Email-Safe Fonts

The Marketing tool uses email-safe fonts to ensure your campaigns display properly across all email providers. These fonts are different from the font options available in the Website Builder.

Using Divider Blocks

Divider blocks are used to visually separate sections of your email. Their thickness and color are controlled by your Border and Color settings.
