Overview
PhotoBiz sends important notification emails based on the products and tools you use in your account. These emails may include two-factor authentication codes, billing updates, form submissions, online store order notifications, appointment confirmations, client gallery activity, blog comments, and message replies.
If you use a Yahoo Mail address and are not receiving PhotoBiz emails, or if PhotoBiz emails are going to your Spam or Junk folder, your Yahoo Mail settings may be filtering or blocking those messages. This guide walks you through adding PhotoBiz as a contact, creating a Yahoo Mail filter for PhotoBiz notifications, and checking your blocked addresses and domains.
Add PhotoBiz to your Yahoo contacts using this email address:
emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com
Adding this address to your contacts helps Yahoo recognize PhotoBiz notification emails as messages from a trusted sender.
Important Note: PhotoBiz is not affiliated with Yahoo. Yahoo controls its own email filtering and delivery systems. For help with Yahoo Mail settings or Yahoo account issues, please contact Yahoo Mail support directly.
Log in to your Yahoo Mail account. In the bottom left column, click More to open additional Yahoo Mail options.
Click Settings in the menu that opens. This opens the settings area where you can manage your Yahoo Mail inbox preferences.
Click Filters in the settings menu. Filters allow Yahoo Mail to automatically sort messages based on details such as the sender, recipient, subject, or message content.
Review any filters that are already in place for your Yahoo Mail inbox. Then click Add to create a new filter for PhotoBiz notification emails.
Create a new filter using the following settings:
After entering the filter details, click Save to create and apply the filter.
Click Security & Privacy in the same settings menu. This section allows you to review blocked email addresses and blocked domains in your Yahoo Mail account.
Review your blocked addresses and blocked domains. Make sure no PhotoBiz email addresses or photobiz.com (or mailbiz1.photobiz.com) domains are listed.
If you see a PhotoBiz email address or domain listed, hover over it and click the X to remove it from your blocked list. This helps prevent Yahoo Mail from blocking future PhotoBiz notification emails.
Send a test submission through one of your PhotoBiz forms that sends notifications to your Yahoo Mail address. Then check your Yahoo Mail Inbox.
If the test notification arrives in your Inbox, the filter is working. Future PhotoBiz notification emails from emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com should be directed to your Yahoo Mail Inbox.
PhotoBiz notification emails may be sent for several account tools and features, including:
Creating a Yahoo Mail filter helps with messages from the PhotoBiz notification sender address. Removing PhotoBiz from your blocked addresses or blocked domains list helps prevent Yahoo from blocking those messages before they reach your inbox.
Yahoo may still apply its own spam filtering or security rules to incoming messages. If you continue having trouble with Yahoo Mail delivery after completing these steps, Yahoo Mail support may need to review your account settings.
If you still do not receive PhotoBiz emails after creating the filter, check your Yahoo Mail Spam or Junk folder first. If you find a PhotoBiz email there, mark it as Not Spam so Yahoo can better recognize future messages.
Confirm that the email address in your PhotoBiz account or form notification settings is correct. If the wrong email address is entered in your PhotoBiz settings, the notification will not be sent to your Yahoo Mail inbox.
Review your Yahoo Mail filter and make sure the sender address is entered exactly as:
emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com
Check your blocked addresses and blocked domains again to confirm that no PhotoBiz email addresses or photobiz.com domains are listed.
You can also try sending another test form submission after saving the filter and removing any blocked PhotoBiz addresses to confirm the setup is working.
If Yahoo continues to block or filter PhotoBiz emails, contact Yahoo Mail support for help with your Yahoo Mail account settings.
