Sharing Contracts with Clients via Email Invitations
The PhotoBiz Website Package includes a powerful Form & Contract Builder that makes it easy to create digital contracts your clients can complete and sign online.
You can share contracts by displaying them on your website or sending them directly via email. For contracts that you don’t want visible on your website, this guide shows you how to send them privately through email invitations from your PhotoBiz control panel.
STEP ONE
Access the Forms Tool
Log in to your PhotoBiz account, then click Forms in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Select Your Contract
To share a contract:
- Create a new form, or
- Click the name of an existing contract form you’ve already set up.
STEP THREE
Open the Share Menu
In the top right corner of the form editor, click the Share button.
STEP FOUR
Send an Email Invitation
Click Email Invite to share the contract directly with a client via email.
You can:
- Choose from existing contacts in your Contacts list, or
- Manually enter a new email address.
STEP FIVE
Add Recipients and Continue
Once you’ve selected or entered the email addresses of the recipients, click Continue to move to the next step.
FINAL STEP
Customize and Send
Before sending the invitation, you can customize the following:
- From Name
- From Email Address
- Email Subject
- Message Body
After customizing your message, click Send to email the form to your selected contacts.
CONFIRMATION MESSAGE
After sending, you’ll see a confirmation message showing that the invitation was successfully sent.
CHECKING ON EMAIL INVITE STATUS
To check if your client received and opened the form:

Go to your Contacts section.

Click on the individual contact's name.

Navigate to the Email Invites tab to view:

The name or subject of the form

The date the email was sent

The current delivery and open status
