How to Add a Signature Field to Your PhotoBiz Forms or Contracts
The PhotoBiz Forms & Contracts tool is perfect for creating custom contracts for your clients. One of the most important features of any contract is the electronic signature—and adding one to your form is quick and easy!
Follow these steps to add a signature field:
STEP ONE
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS from the left-hand menu.
STEP TWO
Search for and click on the form or contract where you want to add a signature field.
💡 Pro Tip
Using one of our built-in templates like Model Release or Event Contract?These already include a signature block to save you time!
STEP THREE
In the right-side column of form blocks, scroll to the MISCELLANEOUS section.
Click on the Signature Block to add it to your form.
Once clicked, it will automatically appear in your form editor and save your changes.
What It Looks Like:
Your client will see a field labeled for signature and will type their name into the box. It will appear styled like a handwritten signature on the form.
