The PhotoBiz Form & Contract Builder lets you create forms for lead capture, orders, contracts, questionnaires, and more. You can start with a template, then customize the look and feel—adjusting form fields, buttons, borders, opacity, colors, backgrounds, and headers. This guide will walk you through how to customize your form design.
Important Note:
All form submissions are automatically captured and stored in your PhotoBiz CRM, so you can easily track who has submitted your forms.
You can embed your form directly into your website using the Form Block to match your website’s branding.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click on FORMS in the left-side menu.
Search for or scroll for the name of an existing form you want to edit, or click Add Form to create a new one.
Click the Paintbrush icon in the upper right corner of the form editor to access the design settings.
In the Edit Form Theme section, you can adjust the following design elements:
Choose between a Full Width or Narrow Width form.
Click the Change button to preview and select your preferred layout.
Click Save under the one you want to use.
Customize the visual styling of your form, including:
Click the color swatches to pick colors using the color picker, or enter a HEX code to apply a specific color.
You can choose from the following background options:
When you're done customizing your form, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
