How Do I Add A Custom Header To A Form?

The PhotoBiz Form & Contract builder is included with every PhotoBiz website package. This feature allows you to create custom forms, contracts, and more. This guide will walk you through the steps of adding a custom header to your forms.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FORMS in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on the name of the the existing form you want to add a custom header to or create a new form.

STEP THREE

Click on the SETTINGS icon on the upper right side of your form and in the menu that opens, click on the branding option.

STEP FOUR

By default, your forms will use your Global Branding settings and you'll see the settings set to auto. Click on the CUSTOM option to add a custom graphic to the header of your form.

FINAL STEP

Upload your custom header graphic to the form.
