How to Add Custom Branding to a PhotoBiz Form

Overview

PhotoBiz Forms use your account’s Global Branding settings by default. You can override those settings for an individual form by selecting Custom in the form’s Branding section.

Custom branding allows you to upload a different logo and favicon, choose an accent color, and enter separate company information. These changes apply only to the form you are editing and do not affect the Global Branding settings used elsewhere in your PhotoBiz account.

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS in the left-side menu.

This opens the Forms Dashboard, where you can manage your forms, submissions, and form settings.

STEP TWO

Click FORMS at the top center of the Forms Dashboard.

This opens the Form Builder and displays the forms saved in your account.

STEP THREE

Click the name of the form you want to update. To create a new form instead, click the Create New Form button and complete the initial form setup.

If you have multiple categories or pages of forms, use the search bar to locate a form by name.

After the form opens in the Form Builder, click the Settings gear icon in the upper-right corner. Then, click BRANDING in the settings menu.

FINAL STEP

In the Branding section, select Custom.

Update the branding information you want to use for the form, then scroll to the bottom of the settings panel and click Save Changes.

The form will now use its custom branding instead of the corresponding settings from your account’s Global Branding section.

Custom Branding Options

The Branding section includes two settings:

  • Auto: Uses your account’s Global Branding settings.
  • Custom: Overrides your account’s Branding settings for the selected form.

When you select Custom, you can update the following options:

  • Logo Upload: Upload a PNG or JPG image. PhotoBiz automatically resizes the logo for display.
  • Favicon Upload: Upload an .ico file. A favicon is the small icon that appears in browser tabs and bookmarks.
  • Accent Color: Enter a hexadecimal color value or use the color selector. The Accent Color controls the background color of buttons in applicable areas of the form. Button text is white, so choose a darker color for better readability and contrast.
  • Company Name: Enter the company name you want displayed with the form.
  • Company Address: Enter the company address you want displayed with the form.
  • Company Phone: Enter the company phone number you want displayed with the form.
  • Company Website: Enter the company website address you want displayed with the form.

The company information you enter appears in the footer at the bottom of the form. It also appears in the submission email sent to the customer when the Email Thank You Message is enabled in the form settings.

How Custom Branding Works

Selecting Custom overrides your account’s Global Branding settings for the form you are editing. It does not change the branding used by your other forms or elsewhere in your PhotoBiz account.

While the form uses Custom branding, future changes made in Global Branding will not update the custom settings on this form. Select Auto and click Save Changes when you want the form to use your account’s Global Branding settings again.

You do not have to change every available field. You can update only the custom branding information needed for the selected form.

Helpful Notes

  • Use a PNG file when your logo requires a transparent background.
  • Logo files can use the PNG or JPG format.
  • Favicon files must use the .ico extension.
  • Enter accent colors as hexadecimal values, such as #000000 for black.
  • Review the form on desktop and mobile devices after adding custom branding.
  • Repeat these steps for each form that requires different branding.
