How to View Gift Cards in Your PhotoBiz Account

Overview

PhotoBiz ECommerce allows you to offer Gift Cards that clients can purchase and use toward future orders. These Gift Cards can be applied during checkout for your online store, Client Galleries, and Scheduler bookings. This guide shows you how to locate and view all Gift Cards in your PhotoBiz account. By the end, you will know how to access your Gift Card list and open individual Gift Cards to review or edit their details.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE from the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

At the top of your ECommerce control panel, hover over SELL ONLINE, then click GIFT CARDS from the dropdown menu. This will take you to your full Gift Cards list.

FINAL STEP

You will see a list of all Gift Cards in your PhotoBiz account. To view or edit a specific Gift Card, click directly on the Gift Card number to open its details.

Once opened, you can review the Gift Card information and make updates if needed.

Gift Card Information You Can View

On the Gift Cards list screen, you can review important details for each Gift Card, including:

  • Gift Card number
  • Description
  • Created date
  • Original amount
  • Remaining balance
  • Status

This information helps you track Gift Card usage, confirm available balances, and manage active or redeemed Gift Cards.

Where Gift Cards Can Be Used

Gift Cards can be applied during checkout in the following areas:

  • ECommerce store orders
  • Client Gallery purchases
  • Scheduler bookings

Gift Cards cannot be used for:

  • Invoices
  • Forms

Additional Options or Helpful Notes

  • Gift Cards remain in your account even after being fully redeemed, allowing you to keep a complete record of usage.
  • The Status field helps you quickly identify whether a Gift Card is active, partially used, or fully redeemed.
  • You can open any Gift Card at any time to review its remaining balance and activity.
