The Gift Cards feature is available with PhotoBiz 9, PhotoBiz ECommerce, and PhotoBiz Client Galleries.
Your customers can purchase gift cards to use toward their orders directly from the GIFT CARDS block in your Website Builder, or you can manually create gift cards in your account for prepaid orders.
This guide explains how your clients can use their gift cards when making a purchase.
STEP ONE
Your customer shops in your Client Galleries or ECommerce store and begins the checkout process. Once they reach the payment screen, they will see the option to pay with a gift card in addition to any merchant payment options you have enabled.
STEP TWO
Your customer enters their gift card information and applies it to their order. The order total will update based on the purchase amount and the available gift card balance.
- If the gift card covers the full order total, the purchase will be completed using only the gift card.
- If the gift card covers part of the order total, your customer will see the remaining amount due and can pay the difference using one of your configured merchant payment options.
