The Gift Cards feature is available with PhotoBiz Website Package. All purchases made through the Scheduler, Client Galleries, and ECommerce store use the same checkout process, allowing clients to apply gift cards during payment. Gift cards cannot be applied to invoices or forms. This guide explains what clients see and how gift cards work during checkout.
Your client books a session through your Scheduler or shops in your Client Galleries or ECommerce store and begins the checkout process. When they reach the payment screen, they will see an option to pay with a gift card in addition to any merchant payment options you have enabled.
Your client enters their gift card code and applies it to the order. The checkout total updates automatically based on the gift card balance and the order amount.
If the gift card covers the full order total, the purchase is completed using only the gift card.
If the gift card covers part of the order total, the remaining balance due is displayed. The client can then pay the difference using one of your configured merchant payment options.
