Creating Packages for Your Client Galleries
With PhotoBiz Client Galleries, you can create and sell a variety of packages to make ordering simple and convenient for your clients. Whether you're offering traditional prints, a mix of items, or digital downloads, you can build flexible packages to fit your photography business needs.
Below are the four types of packages you can create inside your Client Galleries, along with when to use each one and links to setup guides.
📦 Package Types Explained
FIXED PACKAGE
Fixed Packages include a specific number of prints in defined sizes. Clients select poses from their proofs, and each image is matched to a specific print size or quantity.
Best for: Packages where the number of poses matches the number of prints, or when offering different sizes of the same pose.
Example: “Package A — 1 (8x10), 2 (5x7s), and 8 wallets”
FLEXIBLE PACKAGE
Flexible Packages let clients choose a set number of poses and assign those poses to different print sizes or quantities. This option gives clients more control over how their selected images are used.
Best for: Packages that include multiple prints but only a few pose choices (for example, “10 prints using 2 poses”).
DIGITAL FIXED PACKAGE
Digital Fixed packages allow clients to purchase a set number of digital images, which are available for download once the order is complete.
Best for: Offering small digital bundles (e.g., “Choose any 5 digital files”).
DIGITAL FULL EVENT
This package gives clients access to all images in the gallery as a full download after payment.
Best for: Simple, all-inclusive digital packages where the client gets every image from the event.
