Creating a Flexible Package in PhotoBiz Client Galleries
PhotoBiz Client Galleries allows you to sell four different types of packages to your clients: Fixed Package, Flexible Package, Digital Package, and Digital Full Event. This guide will walk you through how to create a Flexible Package.
🤸♂️ What is a Flexible Package?
Flexible Packages let you offer something unique: customization. For a single flat price, your clients can select from multiple print sizes and poses—choosing the layout that works best for them.
For example, you might create a package that includes 10 total prints, and offer three different print sizes. Clients can mix and match those sizes however they like—as long as they stay within the print count and pose limit.
This type of package is perfect when you want to give clients more control over their order while keeping the package pricing simple.

STEP TWO
Go to Packages
Hover over SELL ONLINE and click on PACKAGES in the dropdown menu.

STEP FIVE
Set Up Package Info
Add the following details:
- Package Name
- Description
- Sales Tax & Shipping
- Tags
- Active Status
- Number of Prints – The total number of prints included in the package.
- Number of Poses – The number of unique images a client can select from their gallery to use in the package.
📝 Example:
If your package includes 10 prints and allows 2 poses, your client can select 2 images and distribute them across any of the 10 included prints.
STEP SIX
Add Print Sizes
Add the available print sizes your clients can choose from. If you want to offer multiple sizes, click Add Print Size to include more.
✅ Remember:
In a Flexible Package, clients can mix and match their preferred print sizes—the system will only enforce the total number of prints.
📝 Example:
If you offer 3 sizes (5x7, 8x10, 11x14) and 10 total prints, the client could order:
- 5 – 5x7s
- 3 – 8x10s
- 2 – 11x14s
…or any other combination that totals 10 prints.
When done, click Create Package.
STEP SEVEN
Fine-Tune Your Package
Once the package is created, you’ll land on its settings page where you can make additional changes.
Here’s what you can adjust:
- Details – Update name, description, number of poses, price, tax settings, and active status.
- Print Sizes – Add, edit, or remove print sizes.
- Images – Upload preview images for display purposes (optional).
- SEO & Search – Add meta info to help with search visibility.
