If your PhotoBiz website account is less than 90 days old and has not been launched with a domain, you can easily reset your website and start over from scratch. This guide will walk you through the process of resetting your website and starting fresh with a new template.
You can repeat this process as many times as you wish, as long as your account is within the 90-day period and your website hasn't been launched with a domain.
WARNING!
Resetting your website will permanently delete all content, including images, text, and customizations. This action cannot be undone, and all data will be lost. Please make sure to back up any important information before proceeding.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on WEBSITE in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the SETTINGS tab at the top, center of your Website control panel.
STEP THREE
Click on the RESET WEBSITE button in the list of options.
STEP FOUR
- Check the box to confirm that you understand the reset cannot be undone.
- Click the Yes, Reset My Website button.
- The right-side menu will open—enter the password you use to log into your account.
- Confirm a second time that you understand proceeding will permanently delete all content and settings.
- Click Yes, Reset My Website to complete the process and start fresh.
After you confirm your request to reset your template, your content is deleted and you'll be able to choose the new template you're starting over with.
