How Can I View A Specific Contact's Favorites?

How to View Client Favorites in PhotoBiz Client Galleries

PhotoBiz Client Galleries makes it easy for your clients to mark their favorite images within their galleries. This guide will show you how to view those favorites using the Activity section of your Client Galleries.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CLIENT GALLERIES from the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

At the top of your Client Galleries control panel, click on ACTIVITY.

STEP THREE

Click on your client’s name or activity entry to view their selected favorites.

You’ll see a list of the images they’ve marked as favorites.

What You Can Do with Favorites:

  • Export File Names — Useful for editing in software like Lightroom

  • Print Favorites — Create a physical proof or checklist

  • Send Downloads — Deliver selected images directly to your client
