Email Automation is built into the studio management tools included with PhotoBiz website package and can be used with Scheduler, Quotes & Invoicing, & Client Galleries. This guide will walk you through how to check to see which emails in your email automation series that your clients have been sent to their email.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CONTACTS in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Click or search for the customer you want to check to see if they have been sent the email automation series.
STEP THREE
Click on the EMAIL AUTOMATION button under the contact.
