🔍 Viewing Client Activity in PhotoBiz Client Galleries
Want to know what your clients are loving, downloading, or commenting on in their gallery? PhotoBiz Client Galleries makes it easy to track your clients’ activity once they log into their gallery event.
This guide will show you how to view that activity and what each section means.
👥 What Happens When Clients Access Their Gallery?
When a client visits their gallery, they’re prompted to enter their email address. This creates a login for them, and from that point, you’ll be able to see:
- ⭐ Which images they marked as favorites
- 💬 Any comments they’ve left on specific photos
- ⬇️ Which images they’ve downloaded
🧭 How to Access the Activity Section

Log into your PhotoBiz account.

Click CLIENT GALLERIES from the left-side menu.

Open the gallery event you'd like to review.

Select the Activity tab to view client actions.
