How to Update Meta Data on Your PhotoBiz Website
Every page on your PhotoBiz website has its own meta data. This is how Google understands what your page is about and decides how to categorize and display it in search results.
Meta data includes your Meta Title, Meta Description, and Meta Keywords. You can update these manually—or use Ask PhotoBiz AI to create optimized meta data for you.
Before You Begin
If you plan to use the Ask PhotoBiz AI tool, make sure to update your Business Profile in the Branding section of your account first. The information you provide here will help Ask PhotoBiz AI create personalized meta data tailored to your business.
Update the following fields in your Business Profile:

Your Business Name – Example: Jenn Smith Photography

Location – Example: Boston, Massachusetts

Specialty / Services – Example: wedding photography, family portraits, videography

Your Style / Approach – Example: “I love capturing candid moments and making people laugh.”

Brand Voice – Example: “Friendly and conversational” or “Professional and elegant”
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on WEBSITE from the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the page you’d like to update, then click the SEO button on the right side of the screen.
STEP THREE
A sidebar will open with your SEO settings. By default, it is set to AUTO, which means:

Meta Title: Uses your site name (from your Website Tracking settings) and the name of the page.

Meta Description: Pulls from the text content on that page.

STEP FOUR
Choose how you want to customize your meta data:
