Managing Multiple Websites with the PhotoBiz Partner Dashboard

If you're managing more than one website — whether for yourself, your business, or clients — the PhotoBiz Partner Dashboard makes it easy to keep everything organized in one place. Each PhotoBiz account is designed to host one website, but with the Partner Dashboard, you can link and manage multiple PhotoBiz and Zibster accounts from a single login.

MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNTS

Once you've created additional accounts, you can manage them all seamlessly through the PhotoBiz Partner Dashboard. This handy tool helps you keep everything organized and accessible in one place.

STEP ONE

Activate Your Partner Dashboard

To get started, contact our Passionate Support Team to activate the Partner Dashboard on your account.

How to Connect Additional Accounts

Once the Partner Dashboard is activated, you can start connecting your other PhotoBiz or Zibster accounts.

STEP TWO

Send an Invitation

In your Partner Dashboard, click the INVITE button.
Enter the Account Number and Email Address of the account you want to connect.
Click SEND to send the connection request.

You can enter the Account Number and the Email Address and click SEND to request to connect.

STEP THREE

Confirmation

You’ll see a message confirming that your invitation has been sent.

STEP FOUR

Accept the Invitation

Log in to the invited account (you must have access to it).
Go to MY ACCOUNT from the left-side menu.
Click on PARTNERS at the top of the screen

Check the box to approve the connection.
Click the green Accept Invitation button.

The account will now appear in your Partner Dashboard!

Managing Linked Accounts

Once accounts are connected:

Your main account can be accessed by clicking on YOUR ACCOUNT at the top of the screen.

Your connected accounts are listed in your Partner Dashboard.

Hover over an account and click C-PANEL to open and manage that account directly.

Moving Between Accounts

If you want to work on a different account that's connected via your Partners dashboard, you can click on the DASHBOARD button at the top left of your control panel to go back to your main dashboard to access another account.
