Overview
PhotoBiz Marketing makes it easy to share a sent email campaign with a QR code. This gives you another way to promote your campaign outside of email, such as on printed cards, studio signage, flyers, posters, social media graphics, or event materials.
Each email marketing campaign includes a SHARE option where you can copy the campaign link, share it to social media, or download a QR code. This guide walks you through how to find and download the QR code for an email marketing campaign in your PhotoBiz account.
Before you begin, make sure you have already created the email marketing campaign you want to share.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click MARKETING in the left-side menu.
This opens your Marketing Dashboard, where you can access your email campaigns and other marketing tools.
At the top of the Marketing Dashboard, click EMAIL CAMPAIGNS.
This opens the Email Campaign builder, where you can view and manage your campaigns.
Create a new campaign or search to find the email campaign you want to share with a QR code.
If you have multiple campaigns, categories, or pages of campaigns, use the search bar to locate the campaign by title. Click the campaign name to open it.
In the top-right corner of the campaign screen, click the SHARE button.
This opens the sharing menu for your email campaign.
In the right-side sharing menu, click DOWNLOAD QR CODE.
This saves a PNG version of the QR code to your device. You can then add the QR code to printed materials, digital graphics, signs, postcards, or other marketing pieces.
