If you’re using a Yahoo Mail address and aren’t receiving PhotoBiz emails—or if they’re landing in your spam or junk folder—follow the steps below to help ensure our messages are delivered directly to your inbox.

Add PhotoBiz to your contacts in your Yahoo account with the following email address to mark notifications as a safe sender in your email account:emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.comImportant Note: PhotoBiz is not affiliated with Yahoo. Log into your Yahoo Mail account and click Settings in the top right corner.
Create your filter with the following settings:
emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.comClick Save to apply the filter.
Send a test submission through one of your PhotoBiz forms that sends notifications to your Yahoo email address. Check your Inbox to confirm the filter is working.
