How to Set Limited Availability for a Scheduler Service
If you want to limit your availability for a specific service, you can create a Limited Schedule. This feature allows you to override your general Hours of Operation so that the service is only available on specific days and times.
This is ideal for offering special sessions, seasonal events, or limited-time services without affecting your regular booking hours.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click SCHEDULER in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
At the top center of your Scheduler control panel, click SERVICES.
STEP THREE
Click the name of the Scheduler service you want to set a limited schedule for.
STEP FOUR
The right-side menu will open. Click the AVAILABILITY button to open the service’s scheduling options. Then, under the Limit Availability section, select Limited Schedule.
FINAL STEP
Adjust the available days and times for this service in the Limited Schedule section.
Scroll to the bottom and click SAVE CHANGES to apply your new availability.
Once saved, this service will only be bookable during the dates and times you’ve defined in the Limited Schedule. This will override your standard Hours of Operation.
