If you've given access to any of your team members and they need to update their two factor authentication method, you can do this in the MY ACCOUNT section of your PhotoBiz account. This guide will walk you through the steps of changing the 2FA method for a user on your PhotoBiz account.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on USERS at the top-center of your My Account control panel.
STEP THREE
Click on the USER profile name to access their settings.
FINAL STEP
In the right-side menu that open, you can choose either PHONE or EMAIL as the 2FA method for your user. Click on SAVE CHANGES at the bottom to apply the new setting.
Please Note: Clients outside of the North America will only have the option for Email 2FA.
