How To Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Users

The PhotoBiz Website Package allows you to create additional users for your account without sharing your login credentials. For your security, we use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This guide will walk you through adding a phone number to your user profile for 2FA if you haven't set it up already.

Please Note: For clients outside the US, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is based on your email address.


STEP ONE

An administrator can log in and click on MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on USERS at the top of the My Account control panel.

STEP THREE

Click on the USER NAME to access the User Profile. 

STEP FOUR

Enter the phone number for the user to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and click on save changes at the bottom of the user account to update.
