This guide will walk you through the steps of requesting a password reset for a user in your PhotoBiz account.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on USERS at the top-center of your My Account control panel.
STEP THREE
Click on the USER profile name to access their settings.
FINAL STEP
In the right-side menu that open, click on the RESET PASSWORD button to send a password reset email to your user's email address.
