This guide explains how to connect your PhotoBiz Mailbox to Microsoft Outlook on a Windows computer. Once connected, you will be able to send and receive email directly from Outlook using your PhotoBiz email address. The setup uses IMAP, which keeps your email synced across devices. The process only takes a few minutes.
PhotoBiz is not affiliated with Microsoft. Our Support Team can help verify your Mailbox settings, but any Outlook-specific errors or software issues should be directed to Microsoft Support.
Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
The latest Windows and Microsoft Outlook updates installed
Your full PhotoBiz Mailbox email address
Your PhotoBiz Mailbox password
If you are not sure what your Mailbox password is, you can reset it from your PhotoBiz control panel.

Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
If this is your first time opening Outlook, you will be prompted to add an account automatically.
Enter your full PhotoBiz Mailbox email address and click Continue.
Enter Mailbox Password & Server Settings
Enter your PhotoBiz Mailbox password.
Click Advanced options or Show More to enter the custom server settings.
Make sure these settings are correct:
Account type: IMAP
Incoming mail server: secure.emailsrvr.com
Port: 993
Encryption: SSL/TLS
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): secure.emailsrvr.com
Port: 465
Encryption: SSL/TLS
Click Next or Connect when you're done.
Outlook will begin syncing your email with Microsoft’s cloud.
You may see a privacy notice from Microsoft—review it and click Apply Settings.
Outlook will complete setup by applying your Windows and profile preferences.
🎉 That’s it! Your PhotoBiz Mailbox is now set up in Outlook. You’re ready to start sending and receiving emails.
