PhotoBiz Mailbox allows you to create a branded email address @yourdomain. Once you've set up your email address with Mailbox, you'll be able to access your Mailbox in multiple ways to check your email. This guide will you through your options for checking your email with Mailbox.
OPTION ONE
Check Mailbox via Web Browser / Webmail
The fastest and easiest way to check your email on the go is to log into your Mailbox via your web browser at https://mailbox.photobiz.com
OPTION TWO
Check Mailbox via Email Client
You can also use an email client such as Apple Mail, Windows 10 Mail, etc. to add your Mailbox and be able to check your email via the software you prefer. We have a guide available for configuring Mailbox with the most popular email clients that is available at the link below:

OPTION THREE
Check Your Email From Your PhotoBiz Account
Another option for checking your email from your PhotoBiz control panel. If you log into your PhotoBiz account, you can click on the Mailbox option in the left side menu and access the mailbox you wish to check.
This screen will show you any active mailboxes you have on your account. You'll want to click on the GO TO WEBMAIL button on the upper right side of the screen.
This will take you to your Mailbox login page, where you can enter your email address and password (IMPORANT: these may be different from the email and password you use to access your PhotoBiz account) to check your email.
