Embedding a PhotoBiz Form on a Third-Party Website
If you’ve built a form or contract using the PhotoBiz Form Builder, you can easily add it to a website outside of PhotoBiz using an embed code. This guide walks you through how to find the embed code for your form.

PhotoBiz Support can help you locate your form’s embed code. However, we are unable to provide support for using that code within third-party website builders that we are not affiliated with.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FORMS in the left-hand menu.
STEP TWO
Find the form you want to embed and click its name.
Or, click Create New Form to build a new one from scratch.
STEP THREE
In the top right corner of the form editor, click the SHARE button.
STEP FOUR
A panel will open on the right side of your screen. Click on the EMBED option to access the embed code for your form.
If you'd like to embed only the form—without any extra styling or surrounding content—check the box labeled Embed Form Only before copying the code.
You can now paste this code into the website where you want the form to appear.
FINAL STEP
Log into your third-party website platform and follow their instructions for embedding custom HTML. Paste your PhotoBiz form code in the appropriate area, then save or publish your page.
