How to Send a Test Email for Your Email Marketing Campaign
Yes! You can easily send a test version of your email marketing campaign to yourself or a group of friends to get feedback before sending it to your full list.
Follow the steps below to send a test email:
STEP ONE
Log in to Your PhotoBiz Account
From the left-hand menu, click on MARKETING.
STEP TWO
Select or Create Your Campaign
Choose the email campaign you want to test, or create a new one.
Pro Tip: Use the search tool to quickly find the campaign if you have many.
STEP THREE
Click the Send Button
In the top-right corner, click the SEND button.
STEP FOUR
Choose Email Test
A menu will open on the right. Click EMAIL TEST to continue.
STEP FIVE
Enter the Test Email Address
In the “Send a test to” field, type the email address(es) you want to send the test to, then click SEND.
FINAL STEP
Confirmation
You’ll see a confirmation message that your test email was sent successfully.
Check your inbox! You’ll receive the test email exactly as your audience will see it when you send the final campaign.
