Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your PhotoBiz account by requiring a 6-digit verification code when you log in.
You can update your 2FA method inside your PhotoBiz control panel, or by contacting PhotoBiz Support at 866.463.7620 (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST).
This guide walks you through changing your 2FA method inside your account.
Go to your PhotoBiz login page.
Enter your email address and password.
When prompted, enter the 6-digit verification code.
Your verification code will be sent using the 2FA method you currently have set up:
Text message (SMS), or
Important
If you cannot receive your verification code because:
You changed your phone number
You lost your device
You no longer have access to your email inbox
Stop here and call PhotoBiz Support immediately.
Support will verify your identity and help you regain access. This prevents account lockouts caused by repeated failed login attempts.
Go to Your Login Settings
Once logged in, click MY ACCOUNT in the left-hand menu.
At the top-center of the screen, locate the ACCOUNT DETAILS section.
Hover over ACCOUNT DETAILS, then click LOGIN INFO from the dropdown menu.
Choose Your New 2FA Method
In the Login Info section, you’ll see your available two-factor authentication options:
Phone (Text Message)
Available for customers in the United States and Canada.
Email
Available worldwide.
Select your preferred method.
Click SAVE CHANGES to update your settings.
Your new 2FA method will be used the next time you log in.
