Sync Your PhotoBiz Scheduler with Your Personal Calendar

Overview

You can connect your PhotoBiz Scheduler calendar feed to the personal calendar you already use, making it easier to keep track of upcoming client appointments in one place.

PhotoBiz Scheduler appointments can be added to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook Calendar. Choose your calendar below for instructions on connecting your Scheduler calendar feed.

Before You Connect Your Calendar

The PhotoBiz Scheduler calendar feed uses a one-way sync. Appointments and changes made in PhotoBiz Scheduler can appear on your connected personal calendar, but changes made directly in your personal calendar do not update appointments in PhotoBiz Scheduler.

To reschedule, cancel, or make other changes to a client appointment, make the change from your PhotoBiz Scheduler.

Helpful Notes

Your personal calendar is intended to help you view your PhotoBiz appointments alongside the rest of your schedule. Continue using the PhotoBiz Scheduler Dashboard to manage your services, availability, appointments, and client bookings.

Updates to subscribed calendar feeds may not always appear immediately because Google, Apple, and Microsoft control how frequently their calendar applications refresh external calendar feeds.
