PhotoBiz Website Package includes the Quotes & Invoices tool that allows you to send a quote to your clients to review and approve and then generate an invoice from that quote. This guide will walk you through how you can include terms & conditions with your quote.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on Quotes & Invoices in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Create a new Quote or click on an existing quote that you want to send to a client.
STEP THREE
Click on the EDIT button on the upper right side of your Quote.
STEP FOUR
You can click on OTHER DETAILS and in the right-side menu, there's a TERMS & POLICY section that will allow you to add your terms to the quote.
Please Note: This section has a limit of 2,000 characters.
After you've added your Terms & Conditions to your Quote, it will appear at the bottom of your quote similar to the screen shot below for your client.
