This video guide will show you how to update the language settings for your PhotoBiz account.
Overview
The Languages setting in your PhotoBiz account controls many of the standard labels displayed across your website and ECommerce features. These labels may appear on website pages, ECommerce pages, Client Galleries, shopping cart, checkout screens, and Quotes & Invoices.
You can select English, Spanish, French, or Italian as your default language. You can also customize individual labels to better match your brand, services, or photography business.
Changing this setting does not automatically translate content you added yourself, such as page text, product descriptions, gallery names, or invoice notes. Follow the steps below to select a language and customize supported labels throughout your PhotoBiz account.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
The My Account area opens, where you can manage your account settings and language preferences.
Move your cursor over SETTINGS at the top of the My Account page. Click LANGUAGES in the drop-down menu.
The Languages page opens and displays the available language and label settings for your account.
Under Choose a Language, click the drop-down menu and select the language you want to use. The available options are English, Spanish, French, and Italian.
Selecting a language updates the supported system labels used throughout your PhotoBiz website and ECommerce features.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click SAVE CHANGES to apply your selection.
Scroll to the label customization section to change individual words used throughout your website and ECommerce areas.
Enter your preferred wording in the field beside each label. When both options are available, you can customize the singular and plural versions separately.
After you change a label, the field is marked as customized and highlighted in lime green. This makes it easier to identify wording that differs from the default language setting.
Review your customized labels, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click SAVE CHANGES.
Refresh your website and review the areas where the updated language may appear. Check a Client Gallery, ECommerce page, shopping cart, checkout screen, quote, or invoice to confirm the wording displays as expected before sharing it with your clients.

Why did some of my website text remain in the original language?
The Languages setting only updates supported PhotoBiz system labels. Text you entered manually must be translated and updated separately.
Why do I still see the previous wording after saving?
Refresh the page where the label appears. You may also need to clear your browser cache or open the page in a private browsing window to confirm the latest version.
Will changing a label affect more than one area of my account?
It may. Customized labels can appear in multiple supported areas that use the same system term. Review your website, Client Galleries, ECommerce pages, and Quotes & Invoices after saving your changes.
Can I use a language other than English, Spanish, French, or Italian?
PhotoBiz provides complete translated label options for those four languages. You can use the customization fields to enter your own wording for individual supported labels in another language.
