Live chat and support tickets are available through the PhotoBiz Assistant inside your PhotoBiz control panel. For the best support experience, make sure you are logged into the PhotoBiz account you need help with before starting a chat.

Live Chat allows you to message with a PhotoBiz Web Consultant directly from your PhotoBiz control panel during regular support hours.
For the best support experience, log in to your PhotoBiz account before starting a live chat. When you chat from inside your control panel, our Web Consultants can better review your account and help you with the specific area you are working on.
If you are not logged in, our team may need to ask for additional account information before they can assist you.
You can submit a support ticket through the PhotoBiz Assistant in your control panel. This is helpful when you need to send a detailed question, include account information, or contact support outside of live chat hours.

Look in the lower-right corner of your PhotoBiz control panel for the black and white question mark icon.
This icon opens the PhotoBiz Assistant, where you can access support options.
Click the question mark icon to open the PhotoBiz Assistant.
From the PhotoBiz Assistant, you can search help articles, view tutorials, find the PhotoBiz Support phone number, start a live chat when available, or submit a support ticket.
Choose the support option that works best for your question.
During support hours, you can call PhotoBiz Support or start a live chat. If live chat is unavailable, if you are contacting us outside of support hours, or if you need to send a detailed request, submit a support ticket through the PhotoBiz Assistant.
