Overview
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your PhotoBiz account by requiring a verification code each time you log in. This helps protect sensitive areas of your account, including ecommerce, invoices, client galleries, email marketing, and your website builder.
In this guide, you will learn how to log in using 2FA, how trusted devices work, and how to make future logins faster and more convenient.
Important: Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required on all PhotoBiz accounts and cannot be turned off. This helps protect your account, your client data, and your business.
If multiple people need access to your PhotoBiz account, create individual user accounts instead of sharing one login. This allows you to assign custom permissions and keep your login credentials private.

Access Your Account
Once your code is verified, you will be logged into your PhotoBiz account and can continue managing your website, clients, and business tools.
If you selected TRUST THIS DEVICE, future logins on this device will typically skip the verification step for up to 90 days unless something resets that preference.
Trusted Device Limits and Behavior
You can have up to three trusted devices at one time.
If you log in on a fourth device and select TRUST THIS DEVICE, the oldest trusted device will be removed automatically.
You may be asked to verify your login again if your browser or device does not retain the trusted status.
