Overview
You can link images on your PhotoBiz website to another page, a hidden page, or a specific section of a page using the LINK TO setting. This is helpful when you want images to act as visual buttons or direct visitors to important content.
This guide walks you through how to link an image in an Images Block to a page on your website. You can use this workflow to link portfolio images, category images, promotional graphics, or custom image-based navigation to other areas of your site.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click WEBSITE in the left-side menu. This opens your Website Builder, where you can manage your website pages and content.
Click the name of the page that contains the Images Block you want to update. This opens the page editor for that page.
If you have not added an Images Block yet, add one to the page before continuing. Once the Images Block is added, upload or select the image you want visitors to click.
Click the Images Block on the page. The block settings will open on the right side of the screen.
In the right-side settings panel, click the image thumbnail you want to link. This opens the settings for that specific image.
Scroll through the image settings until you find the LINK TO option. Click the drop-down menu and select PAGE.
After selecting PAGE, use the CHOOSE A PAGE option to select the page you want the image to link to.
After choosing the page, click SAVE CHANGES. Your image will now link to the selected page on your website.
When visitors click the image on your live website, they will be taken to the page you selected. If you linked the image to a specific anchor or section on a page, visitors will be taken directly to that section.
Linking to Hidden Pages
You can link an image to a hidden page if you want the page to stay out of your website navigation but still be accessible from a specific image.
Hidden pages are useful for:
Client resource pages
Private information pages
Landing pages
Promotional pages
Pages you want to share from a specific image, button, or link
To use this option, create the page first and set the page visibility to HIDDEN. Then follow the steps above and select that hidden page under CHOOSE A PAGE.
A hidden page will not appear in your main website navigation, but visitors can still access it when they click the linked image.
Linking to an Anchor on a Page
You can also use the LINK TO > PAGE option to link an image to an anchor on a page. An anchor link sends visitors to a specific section of a page instead of the top of the page.
This is helpful when you want an image to send visitors directly to a specific area, such as:
A pricing section
A contact section
A booking section
A featured gallery section
A frequently asked questions section
When choosing a page, select the available anchor or page section option if it appears in the page link settings.
Other Blocks That Can Link to Pages
The same general linking option may also be available in other Website Builder blocks. Depending on the block and settings, you may be able to link items such as:
List Block items
Banner Block images
Button Blocks
Text + Image Block images
Images Block images
These options can help you create visual navigation throughout your website and guide visitors to the most important pages or sections.
Why is my image not linking to the page?
Make sure you selected PAGE under the LINK TO setting, chose the correct page under CHOOSE A PAGE, and clicked SAVE CHANGES. After saving, refresh your live website and test the image again.
Can I link an image to a page that is not in my menu?
Yes. You can link an image to a hidden page. Hidden pages do not appear in your website navigation, but they can still be opened from linked images, buttons, or direct URLs.
Can I link more than one image to different pages?
Yes. Each image in an Images Block can have its own link settings. Click each image thumbnail and choose the page you want that specific image to link to.
Can I link an image to a section lower on the same page?
Yes, if anchor options are available for that page. Use LINK TO > PAGE, then choose the page and anchor or page section you want the image to open.
