Uploading your logo to PhotoBiz helps establish consistent branding across your website, Client Galleries, and Studio Management tools. Until a logo is uploaded, PhotoBiz displays your business name as text in place of a logo. This article walks you through where to upload your logo and how to ensure it displays correctly throughout your account. Once completed, your logo will automatically replace the text-based business name.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click BRANDING in the left-side menu. This opens your branding settings where your logo and business identity details are managed.
Click Add Files and select your logo file from your computer. PhotoBiz supports both JPG and PNG files. After selecting your file, click Upload to add the logo to your account.
Once the upload is complete, you will see a thumbnail preview of your logo displayed in the Branding section.
Click Save Changes to apply your logo across your account. Your uploaded logo will now appear anywhere your business branding is displayed, replacing the text-based business name.
For the best visual results, keep the following tips in mind when uploading your logo:
Use a PNG file with a transparent background for the cleanest appearance.
Remove extra white space or padding around the edges of your logo.
Crop the image tightly around the design so it fills the available space properly.
Use a high-resolution image, but avoid extremely large file sizes to ensure fast loading.
