Overview
PhotoBiz Email Marketing allows you to manage and organize your campaigns directly from your Marketing dashboard. Over time, you may want to remove old or unused campaigns to keep your workspace clean and easy to navigate. This guide walks you through how to permanently delete an email marketing campaign from your account. By the end, you will know how to safely remove a campaign and understand what happens after it is deleted.
Important
Deleting a campaign will also remove all associated tracking data, including opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and other performance metrics.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on MARKETING in the left-side menu. This will open your Email Marketing dashboard where all of your campaigns are stored.
Locate the campaign you want to delete. You can scroll through your list or use the search bar to quickly find a specific campaign. Once you find it, click the checkbox next to the campaign name to select it.
After selecting the campaign, click the DELETE button. This option will appear in the campaign management area once at least one campaign is selected.
The right-side menu will open with a confirmation message asking you to confirm the deletion. Click Yes, delete it to permanently remove the campaign from your account.
Once deleted, the campaign and all related tracking data are completely removed and cannot be recovered.
I don’t see the DELETE button
Make sure you have selected at least one campaign using the checkbox. The DELETE option will only appear after a campaign is selected.
Can I recover a deleted campaign?
No. Once a campaign is deleted, it cannot be restored. This includes all associated tracking and reporting data.
Does deleting a campaign affect my monthly email limit?
No. Deleting a campaign does not impact your monthly email allowance. Your PhotoBiz Website Package still includes up to 10,000 marketing emails per month.
What happens if I delete a campaign right after sending it?
If you delete a campaign before it begins sending, it will not be delivered. However, if the campaign has already started sending, deleting it will not stop emails that are already in progress. The campaign and its tracking data will still be permanently removed from your account.
