Overview
PhotoBiz Marketing makes it easy to see which contacts have unsubscribed from your email communications. Reviewing this list helps you understand your audience, maintain accurate contact records, and comply with email marketing requirements.
This guide explains how to view all unsubscribed contacts from your Marketing Dashboard.
Important:
Once a contact unsubscribes, they will no longer receive any marketing or email automation messages sent through your PhotoBiz account. This ensures compliance with email marketing laws and helps you maintain a trustworthy sender reputation.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click MARKETING in the left-side menu.
This opens your Marketing Dashboard, where you can manage campaigns, contacts, automations, and email tracking.
Click TRACKING at the top of the Marketing Dashboard.
The Tracking area allows you to review contact activity related to your marketing emails.
Select UNSUBSCRIBED from the drop-down menu, then click RUN SEARCH.
You will see a list of contacts who have opted out of receiving marketing emails from your PhotoBiz account.
Once a contact unsubscribes, PhotoBiz automatically prevents marketing communications from being sent to that email address. The contact will no longer receive:
You do not need to manually remove the contact from each campaign or automation. Their unsubscribe status applies across your PhotoBiz Marketing communications.
Contacts remain visible in your account after unsubscribing, allowing you to retain their contact information and review their unsubscribe status.
You should only update an unsubscribed contact’s email preference when they have clearly given you permission to begin receiving marketing emails again.
