Overview
The Marketing Dashboard in PhotoBiz gives you a quick overview of your email marketing, pop-ups, automations, and campaign performance. You can use this dashboard to review how your campaigns are performing, monitor unsubscribe activity, see recent pop-up engagement, and track email automation activity.
Many areas of the Marketing Dashboard are interactive, so you can click graphs, campaign names, pop-up names, automation series names, and report links to view more detailed tracking information.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click MARKETING in the left-side menu.
This opens the Marketing Dashboard, where you can review your marketing activity for the selected year.
Once you are inside the Marketing Dashboard, you will see several sections that provide insight into your marketing activity. These sections help you review email campaign volume, email performance, pop-up activity, automation activity, and unsubscribes.
By default, the dashboard shows information for the current year. You can use the arrows next to the year to view marketing activity from previous years.
The Dashboard Summary appears at the top of the Marketing Dashboard and gives you a quick snapshot of your marketing activity for the selected year.

The Campaign Activity section shows how many campaign emails you have sent each month for the selected year.
This information appears in a bar chart. You can hover over any month to see the total number of campaign emails sent during that month. You can also click a month in the bar chart to open the tracking report for that month’s email marketing activity.
This is helpful when you want to compare campaign volume across the year or review activity from a specific month.
The Campaign Email Health section gives you a year-to-date overview of how your email campaigns are performing.
This section includes:
You can click the name or bar graph for any metric to open more detailed tracking reports.
The Top Campaigns section shows your top 5 campaigns based on the number of recipients.
This gives you a quick way to identify which campaigns were sent to the largest audiences. You can use this section to review high-volume campaigns and compare them with your campaign tracking reports.
The Recent Email Campaigns section shows the 10 most recent email campaigns you have sent.
This section includes:
You can click any campaign item to view more detailed tracking information for that campaign. You can also click View All Campaigns at the bottom of the section to access your campaign tracking reports.
The Recent Pop-Ups section shows the 10 most recent pop-ups used on your website for the selected year.
This section includes:
You can click the pop-up name to view its detailed tracking report. You can also click View All Pop-Ups to access tracking reports for all pop-ups.
The Recent Automations section shows the 10 most recent email automation series that have been triggered.
This section includes:
You can click the series name to view more detailed tracking information. You can also click View All Automations to access tracking reports for all email automations.
Use the Marketing Dashboard as a starting point for reviewing your overall marketing performance. For more detailed reporting, click into the individual campaign, pop-up, or automation tracking reports.

Can I view marketing activity from a previous year?
Yes. Use the arrows next to the year at the top of the dashboard to view marketing dashboard information from previous years.
Can I click dashboard graphs?
Yes. Several dashboard sections are interactive. You can click graph bars, campaign names, pop-up names, automation series names, and report links to open more detailed tracking reports.
What does Campaign Email Health show?
Campaign Email Health shows your year-to-date open rate, click rate, unsubscribe rate, and bounce rate for campaign emails. These metrics help you understand how contacts are engaging with your email campaigns.
What is the difference between Recent Email Campaigns and View All Campaigns?
Recent Email Campaigns shows the 10 most recent campaigns you have sent. View All Campaigns opens the full campaign tracking area so you can review additional reports.
What does the Recent Pop-Ups section show?
Recent Pop-Ups shows the 10 most recent pop-ups used on your website for the selected year. You can review each pop-up’s publish date, views, clicks, and closes.
What does the Recent Automations section show?
Recent Automations shows the 10 most recent email automation series that have been triggered. You can review the series name, automation type, and last sent date.
