How to Change the Date Format on a Form Field in PhotoBiz

PhotoBiz allows you to customize how date fields display on your forms so they match your preferred format. This is helpful if you want your forms to follow regional date standards or improve clarity for your clients. This article shows you where to find the date field settings and how to switch between available date display options. By the end of this guide, you will know how to update the date format on any form in your account.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS in the left side menu of your control panel.

STEP TWO

Click the name of the form you want to edit. This opens the form builder for the selected form. If you have multiple categories or pages of forms, you can use the search bar to type in the name of the form you want to edit the date fields for.

STEP THREE

Locate the Date field within your form. Click the pencil icon to the right of the Date field to open its settings. From the available options, select Advanced to access display settings.

STEP FOUR

Choose the date format you want to use for this field. PhotoBiz currently offers the following options:

  • mm/dd/yyyy

  • dd/mm/yyyy

After selecting your preferred format, click Save Changes to apply the update.

FINAL STEP

Confirm that your form now displays the date field using the selected format. When clients view or submit the form, they will see and use the updated date layout.

Helpful Notes

  • Changing the date format only affects the selected Date field. Other Date fields on the same form must be updated individually.

  • The date format change applies immediately and does not affect previously submitted form entries.
