The PhotoBiz Form & Contract Builder allows you to create online forms, contracts, questionnaires, and more. By default, the logo uploaded in the Branding section of your PhotoBiz account is automatically applied to your forms.
However, if you'd like to use a different version of your logo, you can upload a custom one directly to the top of your form. This guide will walk you through how to do that.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FORMS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the Form Name you want to change the logo on or create a new form.
STEP THREE
Click on the Settings icon (gear) at the top right of the form editor. In the menu that appears, select HEADER.
FINAL STEP
By default, your form will use your global branding settings, and the logo will be set to Auto.
To upload a different logo, switch to the Custom option and upload your preferred image for the form header.
